This Refund Policy explains the terms on which Uplo Services ('we', 'us', or 'our') offers refunds for purchases made through our Services at https://aeo.uplo.services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Uplo Services is the trading name of an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine; our full legal and contact details are set out in the "Contact Us" section below.
All Sales Are Final
Except as expressly set out in this policy or as required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with results, given the nature of the digital services we provide.
Credit Packs and Digital Services
Our Services are sold as prepaid credit packs and other digital services that are delivered electronically and consumed immediately upon use. You acknowledge and agree that:
- A credit is treated as used the moment a full report is unlocked or a rescan is initiated — regardless of the resulting score, the content of the audit, or your satisfaction with the outcome — and used credits are non-refundable.
- Credits expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase, after which they are forfeited and have no cash value. Expired and unused credits are non-refundable.
- Credits are personal to your account and may not be transferred, assigned, resold, or pooled across accounts.
- We may suspend your account and void any unused or disputed credits obtained through fraud, abuse, the creation of multiple or automated accounts, or a payment reversal or chargeback.
- Because our reports are automated, algorithmic estimates, a refund will not be provided on the basis that a score, audit, or recommendation did not produce a particular outcome. See the "AEO Scores, Recommendations, and No Guarantee of Results" section of our Terms of Service.
Consumers in the EU, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, you may normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content.
By purchasing and then unlocking a report or running a rescan, you expressly request immediate performance of the Services and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or the credit has been used.
Where you have purchased credits but have not yet used them, you may request to withdraw within the applicable statutory period (e.g., 14 days) by contacting us, and we will refund the unused portion in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.
When We Will Provide a Refund
Regardless of the above, we will provide a refund or appropriate remedy in the following cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — for example, if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error.
- Service not delivered due to our fault — for example, if your payment succeeded but the corresponding credits were not added to your account, or a paid analysis failed to run for reasons attributable to us and we are unable to resolve it.
- Where a refund is required by applicable law — including mandatory consumer-protection rights relating to services that are faulty, not as described, or not provided.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider, Monobank (Plata by mono). Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
